Résumé screening
Résumés are received, opened, sorted, scored (according to the criteria furnished by your company), and results entered into a database. Résumés are then filed and if the candidate meets the scoring criteria, an application is mailed to the candidate for completion and return to AIR, Inc. or your airline. If the candidates do not meet the scoring criteria, they will be notified by post card or letter that they did not meet minimum or competitive requirements.
Application mailing and screening
When applications are received from the candidate (applications and envelopes provided by your company), AIR, Inc. will open, sort, screen, enter data, sort and forward the top scoring candidates to your airline. The candidates will be notified by letter that they did not meet minimum or competitive requirements. Qualified candidates will go into an active pool for a phone or personal interview by AIR, Inc. or your airline. You can choose to receive applicants resumes and applications by: email; up to 100 by fax; fax back; and mail—there are several ways in which we can provide you with the applicants information, just let us know how you prefer to receive it.
Establish or improve your résumé/application system
We will work with you to create a résumé and application system that works for your company. We customize to your needs—we’ll come in and see what you’re doing and how you’re doing it, we’ll make recommendations, and come back with a plan.
AIRApps—Fax/internet/paperless application system
Be more efficient with our paperless application system. We can’t completely eliminate paper but we certainly can take you a long way toward that goal. View resumes & send out PDF file of resumes for customer to print out—we review the resumes of those pilots responding to our email notification, sort through there application’s, providing you with only the most qualified applicants, transfer there information to a PDF file and send it on to you to make the final decision. Receive a completed application—we will send you the applicants’ on-line application. You can even get printed resumes of each of the pilot applicants we have in our AIRApps database if you need them. Not only is it a paperless process if you choose so, it also provides you with a totally updated résumé and application, every time you pull up someone’s file! No more having updates mailed in to compile and file.
