Through our AIRApps system we have built a database of manyof the finest pilots currently available to the airlines. Plus, we are actively recruiting pilots into our database. You can increase your recruiters’ productivity by decreasing the need to sort through endless applications looking for qualified pilot applicants.

Our typical recruiting process
First, we e-mail job openings to applicants—once your need for pilots is received, we immediately email all qualified applicants in our AIRApps database. AIRApps receives new applicants daily. Our members keep their qualifications current through our interactive database. Each on line application provides you with complete personal, employment, education, aviation information and dis? Next, we provide mailing labels—when we receive the list of qualified pilot applicants, we send you printed labels of those applicants who responded to our email notification. Then a summary (1/2 page listing of qualifications) follows— you will receive a detailed list of each applicants qualifications. We score qualified applicants by rank: generic and custom – we will rank each applicant on a scoring system. We can customize the scoring system, or use a generic one. And finally, we select applicants by geographic area (state or zip)—if you prefer, we can sort the applicants responding to our email notification by state or zip code.
