INTERVIEW SERVICES
Telephone Interviews
The telephone interview option is a structured interview designed to verify the résumé, application, and candidate’s experience, qualifications and corporate fit. The candidate has already met the scoring criteria and the application has been completed, received and scored. The candidate is called and scheduled for a phone interview, the interview is conducted and scored and the information from the interview entered into a database. If the candidate does well in this phase of the interview process, the next step is scheduling a personal interview with AIR, Inc. in Atlanta, GA or your airline.

Personal Interviews
A structured interview to further assess the candidates qualifications will be scheduled and conducted by AIR, Inc. in Atlanta, GA. (Interviews can be video taped and forwarded to your airline along with scored résumé application and phone interview results).

Past Experience and Current Clients
In 1995, AIR, Inc. assisted World Airways with pilot recruitment and candidate selection for their new-hire program. We provided résumé screening, conducted telephone interviewing, and made recommendations to World Airways’ Human Resources and Flight Operations departments, which resulted in the selection of 50 MD-11 First Officers in about 60 days. Now we have formed our subsidiary, ACES, and are providing all résumé screening, application distribution and processing, and performing background checks on selected Atlas new-hires. We have even established a toll-fax and phone number along with an Atlanta recruitment address, toll-free voice mail, and Fax Back Information.

For ASA we provide up to 36 pilot applicant screenings and simulator evaluations per week. We administer and score cognitive tests and sim checks and send the results to ASA. Once a pilot is hired, AIR, Inc. conducts background checks and on-site drug testing by a certified doctor.
